This is a continuation of the story begun in Slavery: Captured (Part 1), and I would recommend reading that story first.First let me say that the story is an extreme and nonconsensual femdom tale involving medical procedures used to feminize a captured slave against his will.
The slave, whose male name we never learned, is called Lucy, and she is subjected to months of conditioning designed to break her spirit, and make her submissive to her three dominant captors, Nadine, Jessica, and Anita. Anita is the surgeon who will ultimately perform the surgeries designed to feminize (and surgically chastise) Lucy.
The story features extended male chastity, as well as an ingenious (and made up) contraption known as a "chastity bra", a metal device that is locked over the male torso, and uses vacuums to stretch the skin to fill the bra cups. Used over months, the device purports to better prepare the slave to receive larger implants and to have more naturally feminine looking breasts. Post surgical hypnosis is also used to make the slave more accepting of the changes made.
Some people who read this story might argue that the premise is unbelievable and ridiculous. It's supposed to be, though, and I myself would prefer to describe it as surreal.
The author crosses boundaries that may make some readers uncomfortable, but you'll enjoy the story if you allow yourself to be taken along for the ride, and remember that the story is fantasy.
You really should give it a try, especially if forced-feminization and medical femdom are themes that appeal to you.

couldn't read it. forced sex change operation followed by lots of bondage and stuff. I rarely HATE a book but this is just messed up!
Terrific story never allowing the sissy slave to gain an advantage over her evil twisted mind. I look forward to many more of your fantasy adventures in the femdom scene.
